This program is a collection of 12 bodyweight workouts designed to improve athletic ability, explosiveness, coordination, balance, stability, overall strength, mobility and conditioning. This is not just a bunch of pushups, situps, lunges and squats, these workouts are going to challenge you in new ways. My goal is to build well rounded and fully functional athletes and humans, that is what is gettin done here!
